Hello all,
Sorry for the no activity here but I have been busy at home with appointments and Easter. And therefore I did absolutely no work. But hopefully in the next couple days I can get some work done and let you all see it, till then though our a small group of us students along with our teachers will be getting ready of our annual Exhibition to showcase the work we have done in the past year. I hope to see you all there.

My Poor Innocent Hands
Hey y'all,
Haven't posted in awhile cause I haven't done anything crafty since the last post really. I needed a break from crocheting and decided my quilts had waited long enough to be binded so I grouped down "Beast's Rose" and started binding the thing off. Did I ever mention to you all how much I hate to hand sew. Well I do and so this was torture, it took me 2 and a half movies to finish over 2 days and by the end my hands were so cramped up and in pain I haven't been able to crochet anything yet. I also still have to bind "Coffee Lounge" but I think that is going to have to wait a while so I can let the hands for get the pain before I tackle that one, it's about twice as large as the other and therefore has about twice as much binding... gah.
I hope that in the next couple days I can post to you some crochet amigurumi if I can pull myself to work on them over the easter weekend, otherwise it too will have to wait.
Till next time, and have a Happy Easter.

Gluten Free Amigurumi
Hey all,
As I had promised I have the names of those Gluten free crackers. They are by a company called "Barkat", there are 2 brands in the store I shop in and both taste awesome. One is the "Matzo Cracker" and I think it would be best used for cheese and crackers. The other is just called "Crackers" and these ones remind me of plain soda crackers that you eat with soup. It is awesome, because I have been craving these types of crackers since going gluten free, non of the other ones I have tried have tasted like any gluten containing crackers like before so now all is well.
As well I just tried the "Udi's" brand of multigrain bread. It was also good, so if you are looking for a gluten free bread that tastes similar to a gluten containing bread, I suggest this brand. I have tried now both the plain sandwich bread and now the multigrain bread, both good. To me they taste similar to an Italian loaf. It also is very dry so when eating something like a sandwich I would suggest either microwaving it for a few seconds to get some moisture or putting more things like ketchup on the sandwich when eating it. It tastes good both toasted and not toasted, as a grilled cheese sandwich, as a sandwich and also on it's own. Like I said I highly recommend it.
As well here are the images of the crochet items that are going to be for sale in September if I can get a booth at my home town's festival.

I will be making a bunch of small jellyfish and hopefully
will make them into keyrings
This is a heartbroken alien, he even has a down cast
head
Originally just a water drop, now a girlie rain drop
Another Alien but this one is a nerdy guy with a helicopter hat
lastly this little guy... no words can describe him
I hope you like them and I will keep posting images of the crochet projects.

Some Edits, Some Crochets
Hello again,
Here are those edits from the other shoot:
Here are those edits from the other shoot:
I really like this one
And this one is still my favourite, there is just something
about it.
As for my crochet projects for sale, I got 2 prototypes done, and now know how I should tweak them, the only problem I am having right now is as I make them I think how adorable they are and want to keep them. But that is going to be way to many amigurumi in my collection if I keep them all so I'll just have to part with them.
Tomorrow I will try and post some images of the ami.

Images Galore
Hey,
I have gotten permission from the model to post some of the images from her pin-up shoot
These are my two favourite edits of the shoot.
Later this week I will post some final edits from another shoot I did a little while ago. As well I will have some images from the crochet projects I am working on for selling.
I also recently tried some really good gluten free crackers so when I find them again at the store I will give you the brand and name.
Till next time.

Pete The Magic Dragon
Hello,
Remember that show Pete the Magic Dragon... well the baby dragon pattern from about a week ago reminds me very much of it. Anyways I have been having a great holiday at home with my family where I brought some of my latest projects home and got requests to make some for them...
So here as promised is Mr. Funny as well as the dragons I made:

So here as promised is Mr. Funny as well as the dragons I made:
Mr. Funny with a facial expression by my brother.
The dragon my brother requested
The dragon my mom requested, hers has mini wings
And lastly the ghost my brother requested, you know when
your a little kid and you wear a bed sheet pretending to
be a ghost well he wanted a ghost that looked like that
so we came up with this design.
I hope you enjoy and I hope to get back to you with more designs later.

Edits Abound
Hey y'all,
I have been busy editing pictures for some friends this week. And also some more images for my portfolio. Here are 2 going in my portfolio for the exhibition this year.
I have been busy editing pictures for some friends this week. And also some more images for my portfolio. Here are 2 going in my portfolio for the exhibition this year.
This one I submitted for an award... time will only tell.
In my interview my teachers said the main image was strong enough on
it's own and recommended I remove the other part.
Therefore here is the image in my
portfolio now.
In time I will post more pictures of the edits I am doing now and a series I want to start. I just have to get permission from my models before I post the edited images.
Till next time.
